Langley Hall (in Bendigo) for 24/7 Prayer House
Why the push to purchase Langley Halle for a 24/7 South Pacific House of Prayer?
Why Langley Hall? Why Bendigo?
The best answer is "the Lord said so"!
Watch the video and discover other reasons, as to why teh lord may have said this.
Last October (Yom Kippur) over 50 watchman from around the nation (including Ruth Webb from Tabernacle fo David -Bendigo) gathered at Kangaroo Island to seek the Lord abotu Australia and the South Pacific. Many stories and concerns were shared. Many concnersn about the rise of China in the South Pacific regions, including Australia, and the need really pray.
As the 3 days were coming to a conclusion, Ruth shared about the worship journey TOD did to New Zealand in the previous weeks to the gathering. Soon after this, Bendigo was discussed in the context of the significance to the nation, and especially the history with the Chinese. The Lord spoke to Jenny Hagger of AHOPFAN( see their website for more information) about the need to purachse Langley Hall as a 24/7 prayer house. It would be a place where intercessors, watchman, spiritual leaders coudl gather to pray, seek the Lord, worship Him and also to mentor the next generation. The Spirit of the Lord fell in the room and there were confirmations everywhere.
You may wonder - "Why Bendigo"? Why Langley Hall? But if the Lord says so...it doesnt matter 'where' it is....
However, watch the video above and Ruth Webb asnwers many of those questions.
Langley Hall was originally built by the Anglican Church for Bishop Langley - who was Jenny Hagger's great-grandfather! He had a ministry to the Chinese. And it is situated right in the midst of what would have been the Chinese camp and diggings.
This is a project for the whole Body of Christ. And we have just until early October to raise the rest of the finances.
Invest in the future of the kingdom. Building for a time we have not seen yet!
Giving is through the AHOPFAN website...
