Dream & Keys for Prayer 4 Victoria
I recently had 2-3 dreams on the one night. Various events morphed into each other. Each ‘scene’ pointed to a moral, spiritual issue threatening our seed, and the children of Victoria specifically. Human trafficking is not limited to Victoria. Targeting children impacts every nation on the planet. However, I believed the focus on Victoria, is that many roots in this state, a bit like California is to USA, impacts the rest of Australia.
In a few weeks, Victoria faces a critical election - just after Israel’ faces a critical election and USA mid-terms. Here in victoria we have a choice between wickedness, wokeness, and weakness. Victoria had the worst draconian lockdowns during covid, and some of the most wicked laws in place: re abortion, gay marriage, gender, euthanasia etc. But praise the Lord some of great courage and convivtion are rising up. The Lord recently spoke through a prophet that He has some surprises He has prepared!
We are currently in the midst of devastating floods across much of Victoria, in close proximity to our home. Town after town are being evacuated, major roads cut and washed away. and more rain forecast. This region is a major food bowl: dairy, chickens, pork, fruit, vegetables, wheat, sheep. Victoria has a huge impact upon the rest of Australia – hence the Lords attention to this right now.
Many across our nation have been called to pray for Victoria. Thank you. I pray these dreams and Scriptures will provide some keys for prayer at the mercy seat, and from which the ekklesia can issue decrees from the Word, to shift things in the spirit realm.
Dream 1 - 2
We were driving our grandchildren through the countryside, and passed many paddocks filled with reindeers. It was like preparation for Christmas, but it was wintertime. We arrived at the office of a CEO or manager, who spoke to me of preparing things for winter. He was mish-mashing conversation about some Biblical events – especially about the birth of Jesus. As I left his office, I felt the man was a charlatan, or warlock. It seemed his modus operandus was to manipulate, destroy, and deceive children. I felt the season of winter was emphasized, reminiscent of the Lion Witch and Wardrobe where constant winter represented the rule of the witch, and prevented Christmas. The dream ended with the words “Don’t read Amos!!!!” The voice was like the man earlier...and sensed it was linked to abortion...
So this dream brings the warning of the enemy after our seed, the children, and being deceived and manipulated into a constant state of ‘winter’ through witchcraft and denying the true message of the coming of Jesus, the hope of the world. God so loved the world He gave His only begotten Son…
The voice of witchcraft did not want us to read the warning and the hope in the book of Amos. I will come back to the book of Amos in a moment.
Dream 3
“There was preparation for a church service. A prophet friend of mine said to me: today is the day to finally end 25 year (curse / root of trouble).”
Again, the Lord is addressing and emphasizing the next generation, our seed, the children. It is a generational issue that has taken deep root in society, and needs uprooting. In Matthew 15:13 Jesus said: “Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted WILL BE uprooted. This is a powerful Scripture to pray.
(Dream 3 cont) “When the meeting started, the pastor said he had nothing to share and was opening up the meeting for anyone to share. A few things were shared. I then stood up to speak about things happening in Victoria. Around 50% stirred to attention to listen - but around 50% remained switched off. I pleaded with the whole congregation - this is NOT about politics, this is about the future of Victoria.”
This speaks of half the church being asleep, not engaged in the Lord’s purposes, and in prayer and warfare praise. Romans 13:11 “it is high time to awake out of sleep; “for time is running out and you know it is a strategic hour in human history. It is time for us to wake up! For our full salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.” (NKJV & TPT)
(Dream 3 cont) I then began to speak about things happening in Victoria. To be honest I was shocked, even during the dream, by what came out of my mouth by the Spirit of the Lord. “You need to be concerned about the health of Victoria, and for the children of Victoria. I then went on to speak of a ship that had been found in Victorian waters full of trafficked children!”
Trafficked children: this is a big issue worldwide. As I awoke and prayed for interpretation, the Lord began to speak to me about Babylon, the Mother of Harlots from Revelation 17:1 which says the great harlot sits enthroned on many waters. A ship sits on waters. Verse 15 interprets the metaphor of the waters as “peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.” The ship was like a large cruise ship, and would those hold many people.
At first I thought this ship was on the coastal waters. But an intercessor recently spoke of praying beside the flooded waters of Victoria, and the Lord revealed the spirit of Babylon. I believe this confirms the spirit of Babylon on the waters. And in my dream, it was simply stated, “Victorian waters” – so this can speak of rivers, lakes, bays and oceans.
With the devastating floods covering much of northern and western Victoria, we have been praying from Isaiah 28: 15, which speaks of a covenant with death and where lies have a refuge, a hiding place. But the Lord says in verse 17 (after stating His true cornerstone in Zion) “I will set justice as the true measurement and integrity its plumb line. My hailstorm will sweep away your refuge of lies, and my floodwaters will overwhelm your hiding place.” (Isaiah 28: 15 TPT)
As the ekklesia, decree from the Word, that the floodwaters will overwhelm the hiding place of ALL the lies. Every lie WILL be WASHED FROM ITS HIDING PLACE!
Critical issues of Babylon are revealed in Revelation 17, 18 and Isaiah 47. And provide the basis of powerful decrees. I encourage you to pray these from the Word.
Revelation 18:1-3 Speaks of an angel with great authority, “and the earth was illuminated with HIS GLORY.” In the midst of great darkness, the glory of the Lord shines and outshines the gloom of night!
2 And the angel cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, 3 For all the nations [have drunk her poison] and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.”
Revelation 18:4 calls the people of God to get out of Babylon. God’s people have been lulled to sleep by pornography, lust, greed, and affairs of life and fear of persecution. It warns of sharing the judgements of Babylon if you sat in it.
The next verses list all the things the nations have made money on: gold and silver, precious stones and pearls, fine linen, objects of ivory, wood, bronze, iron, and marble; spices, OIL, FOOD, livestock, and the trafficking of the bodies and souls of people. Many are becoming rich on perversion. Human trafficking feeds lust and wealth. The lies of ‘climate change’ are a huge wealthy industry utilizing ‘cheap’ child slave labour, and stirring up fear and hopelessness into children while destroying livelihoods and incomes of ordinary citizens.
Verse 14 says they, the wealthy elite who are enticed by the great harlot will LOSE ALL THEIR RICHES “15 and they will stand at a distance for fear of Babylon’s torment: with weeping and wailing…” Be encouraged. They will lose it all. In one hour! This is a good Word to enforce in prayer.
Now lets go to Amos – for further issues and the Lord’s mercy.
- Amos 1:13 where pregnant women were ‘ripped open to enlarge territory’.
In our day, the horrendous industry of abortion enlarges the territory of wickedness. Victoria led Australia in the most abhorrent laws. In Victoria today it is illegal to pray outside abortion clinics. Abortion destroys the seed, wiping out the next generations of our children and grandchildren. - Amos 5:7 ‘justice is turned to poison’.
- Amos 5: 11 – “they hate those who speak truth”. Cancel culture is out to silence every believer. Freedom of speech in Victoria has been eroded like floodwaters, especially for Christians. Recently a CEO of a Victorian football club lost his job (within 24 hours) because he was on board of a church that believed in marriage according to the Bible, and protecting the right of babies to be born. Christians are being mercilessly vilified! Choose between your church or your job was the message of the Essendon FC.
- Amos 5:12 ‘tramples on poor… bribery”
- Amos 5: 21 ‘the Lord hates festivals and songs’. Israel celebrated the Lord’s feasts while serving false gods. The Lord hates the sound of hypocrisy and syncretism. Reminiscent of the 3rd dream, many believers are asleep – even while attending church. Many are woke but not awake. They have been desensitized to evil, asleep to reality, at best distracted and giving higher priority to things other than the voice of the Lord.
- Amos 5:26 “sacrifice to the gods”. Israel was simultaneous carrying the tabernacle of God and the tabernacle of Moloch. This is like Christians being aligned with abortion and other gods. Syncretism supports all religions. The pope recently recognized “Chrislam” the joining of Christianity, Islam, ( and other faiths) When believers ‘worship the Lord’, while compromising with other gods, or give priority of attention and resources to other things before the Lord, it is a snub at God and an abomination in His sight.
- Amos 7:8 Then the plumbline of Lord drops! As per Isaiah 28: 17 “I will set justice as the true measurement and integrity its plumb line. My hailstorm will sweep away your refuge of lies, and my floodwaters will overwhelm your hiding place.” Be encouraged. The plumbline of justice, truth, integrity and righteousness will drops on the lies, injustice and perversion. Lets decree this every time we see, hear and become overwhelmed by the flood of wickedness.
Despite all this wickedness, and in the midst of great devastation the Lord in His mercy and grace, restores the Tabernacle of David (Amos 9). First the natural, and then the spiritual.
Physically the Lord began restoring the Tabernacle of David in 1948: in the wake of the horror of the holocaust, Israel became a nation.
The Tabernacle of David is essentially about (1) Israel, (2) 24/7 worship and intercession, AND (3) the government of God.
Sadly, as I write this, the Australian government has just reversed the decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel! This is serious in the Lords eyes. Hamas the terrorist organization has approved of the decision – that tells you everything you need to know! And Liz Truss, the new PM of the UK is ‘in trouble’ since declaring to shift the embassy to Jerusalem.
As we see the reality of the horrors of Babylon rising, the Lord is stirring His ekklesia to arise: to stand as One new man with the Jewish nation of Israel, to press into Him in 24/7 worship and prayer, and enforce His government.
Be encouraged by the book of Amos – read it and decree it. Be awake not woke. And take up the sword of the Spirit to decree His Word into the plans of wickedness.
PRAYER [to use it as a starting place for your decrees]
Righteous, holy Father, we thank you for Your just measurement and for Your plumb line of truth and righteousness. As we eyeball darkness and wickedness in Victoria, and for our seed, physical and spiritual children and grandchildren, Your hailstorm sweeps away the refuge of lies, and Your floodwaters overwhelm every place lies have been concealed. Every place human traffickers have been deceiving and setting traps for our seed we declare the plumbline of the Lord will drop. The hail and the flood of the Lord would remove their hiding places, and the plumbline of justice will bring them to account. According to Your Word, every plant which the heavenly Father has not planted WILL BE uprooted. According to Your Word, – Babylon has fallen, has fallen.
We thank you the blood of Jesus destroyed EVERY work of darkness and evil. We proclaim Victoria is victorious by the blood of the Lamb. The blood of Jesus speaks on our behalf, for all the sin and iniquity.
People of God, come OUT OF Babylon before it is too late, before you suffers its judgement. Awake to the Spirit of the Lord – NOW!
Lord, by Your grace and mercy, by the power of Your Spirit, raise up the Tabernacle of David across Victoria, across Australia, and across the nations of the world. We ask for Holy Spirit help for Australia to be a sheep nation and stand with Israel.
Pray for Victoria to align with the Word of God, His plumbline: to pray and worship 24/7 and fill the bowls up, to be the ekklesia who utilize the keys of the kingdom, to utilize the key of David to close unrighteous gates of human trafficking and open the gates of Victoria, Australia and nations to the King of Glory!
