ABOUT SATURDAY & SUNDAY Join us for a day of a very special day of intimate worship. Ruth Webb and the team in Bendigo spend the last Saturday of every month in intimate throne-room worship. Dont miss Ruth Fazal leading us to the throne-room with her violin, songs and love of the Father.

Ruth loves the prophetic, and sees all that she does, whether playing her violin, singing or composing music, to be a means of expressing the heart of the Father to a world that is crying out to see Him and feel His Presence. She has travelled extensively across North America, Europe, and Israel, and her deepest desire is to see the body of Christ enter into a truly intimate relationship with Jesus, that goes far beyond corporate worship.

MORE ABOUT Ruth Fazal

Ruth as Violinist

Born in England, Ruth Fazal graduated from the Guildhall School of Music in London. After further studies in Paris, Ruth immigrated to Canada, performed with all of the major orchestras in Toronto, many chamber ensembles, and was concertmaster of four different orchestras. Ruth played her violin at Toronto outpouring and also uses her violin skills to create a place for people to enter into the presence of God. The ‘Songs from the River’ series are ever popular, finding their way not only into people’s homes, but also into prayer rooms, healing rooms, doctor’s offices and therapeutic massage clinics and spas. This soothing instrumental music touches the hearts of all those who listen. Hear some samples...

Ruth as Composer

Ruth has composed several compositions for orchestra and choirs, the best known is Oratorio Terezin. Written for choirs, soloists and symphony orchestra, Terezin weaves poetry of children from the Holocaust together with the Hebrew scriptures, to portray God’s heart in the midst of suffering. Oratorio Terezin was chosen to be the main cultural event in Tel Aviv, Israel on Holocaust Memorial Day in 2005. The US debut of Oratorio Terezin was at Carnegie Hall, New York City, in February 2007.
The Seven Last Words of Christ – for orchestra, spoken voice, and violin solo is a meditation through music, using the final statements that Jesus spoke from the Cross. It’s provides a powerful and musical encounter with the Lord in the place of His suffering and sacrifice.
Awakening – A Symphonic Vision is written for symphony orchestra and choirs. This piece invites us to engage our imaginations as we hear the sound of a distant trumpet, awakening us to the urgency of the hour in which we live. The Trumpeter calls us to come away with Him, and through the music we are then ushered into an entirely new realm until finally, in the place of worship, we become aware of the sound of all creation groaning. In the midst of this groaning, God’s voice sings out: “Comfort My people! Speak tenderly to Jerusalem”

Since 2013, Ruth Fazal and Gil Pentzak have been working together to bring greater understanding, respect, friendship and love between Christians and Orthodox Jews. This began with their own journey, of sharing their walk with God, as a Christian and as an Orthodox Jew. The journey has not always been easy, but as they have continued to seek to honour one another, Gil and Ruth are paving a way for many to follow after.

After the making of the film ‘Between Heaven and Earth in 2013, Ruth and Gil began hosting evenings in Jerusalem, for groups of Christians visiting Israel. Worshiping God together through song, and modelling their ongoing journey through their conversation in front of the group, they realised that in order to really build relationship with a group, more time was needed. This led them to decide to extend the invitation for groups to join them for a whole week in Israel.

Thus, in 2015  ‘No Ordinary Week in Jerusalem’ (or ‘NOW in Jerusalem’) was born. The focus of ‘NOW in Jerusalem’ is relationship – through conversation and also through worshiping together, with worship songs that everyone can enter into.  The worship is definitely a key element to these weeks, as well as the opportunity to study the scriptures together from a Jewish perspective. Ruth says  “A lot of pre-conceived ideas are blown away, as we really discover each other in our walk with God, and our desire to love Him and serve Him with all our hearts.
Now Week  is designed for a group of not more than 40 people, and the focus is to meet each other, and to meet Israelis. We visit places that are not on the usual tourist map, and the pace of the week is very relaxed, and focused more on what God is doing NOW, rather than on the history of the sites that we visit. Mornings and evenings are spent at the hotel…where we go on our ‘journey of discovery’ together. We spend one full day in Samaria, and at the end of the week we are joined by Gil’s family and other friends.  The worship is awesome, and we really do encounter the Lord in these times together.

NOW to the Nations

In 2016, it was decided to bring the NOW experience outside of Israel and the first ‘NOW to the Nations’ took place, as Gil and Ruth travelled to Australia to lead a ‘Mini NOW Week’. A ‘Mini NOW Week’ begins on a Wednesday night, and goes through to the end of Shabbat on Saturday evening. Keeping Shabbat together from the Friday night to Saturday night is a very special part of the experience.  Since that trip to Australia, there have been several ‘Mini NOW Weeks’ that have taken place in England.

About Us

The restoration of the Tabernacle of David is prophecy being fulfilled. Restoration began when Peter first ministered to the Gentiles. The Jewish Apostles were grappling with the concept that the Gospel was also for the Gentiles.
